Product prices are displayed on our website in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection requirements.

Due to hygiene, food safety and freshness considerations, opened coffee, food, beverages and other consumable products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect any mandatory rights available to consumers in relation to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming products.

12. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been prepared, personalised, packed or dispatched.

13. Coffee & Food Storage

Customers should follow the storage, preparation and consumption instructions provided with products.

Nashwa Coffee is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling or use after delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
